PUBLIC COFFEE TASTING - CUPPING

We will taste the whole production of Rebelbean roastery, which means coffee from five different countries, three varieties of coffee blossoms from El Salvador and one cascara from Panama. We will talk about aromas and flavours that we can find in a cup of coffee. We will talk about cupping and why all of the coffee professionals decided to use this method to taste and evaluate the coffee instead of espresso or pour over method. We will have a good time!
